As we faced the adversities of the raging pandemic throughout 2020 and 2021, our hearts went out to those who suffered the most. The safety and wellbeing of our employees was of utmost importance as the quest for survival took over our instincts. Despite taking all precautions and implementing COVID appropriate working conditions across our facilities, the challenge imposed by this deadly disease still remained. With manufacturing shut down during government imposed lockdowns, the atmosphere around us was uncertain. Pooja Forge stuck with their team in these trying times and supported them in any way possible. Whether it was providing free PPE or helping them register for vaccine appointments and RTPCR Tests, we were always there for our staff.
When the opportunity came, we decided to set up a free of cost vaccination camp at our facilities for employees and families. In partnership with Sarvodaya Hospital, we successfully catered to a 1000 plus turnout for vaccine shots. Tireless hours of work by our HR department ensured that we vaccinated every person who came to us. This further strengthened our mission towards our team and helped ensure the safety of those around us.
At Pooja Forge, we believe in giving back to the society in which we operate and we strive to create a positive impact on the communities we are engaged with. Our company endeavours to reach out to the underprivileged communities of the society and contribute towards their social and economic development.
