In 2010, Pooja Forge Limited and Sato Rashi Corporation, Japan entered into a joint venture and established a trading company in the name of Sato Pooja Fasteners Private Limited. Sato Pooja Fasteners is one of the major suppliers of fasteners to Honda Cars India Limited. All products being supplied to Honda have been developed at Pooja Forge, with technical support from Sato Rashi, Japan.
